Hexastore Shipping Policy
At Hexastore, we do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
We process all orders within 5 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we have a lot of orders, there may be a small delay. We will let you know if there’s a significant delay in shipping your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer free shipping on all orders within Pakistan. If you prefer faster shipping, we also offer Business Class Shipping, which takes 2 to 3 business days and costs 600 PKR.
Shipping Methods
- Free Shipping on all orders.
- Business Class Shipping (2-3 business days).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available! Just make sure the delivery address is correct, and someone is available to pay at the time of delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation message on your phone.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Issues
If you have any problems with your delivery, like a lost or damaged package, please contact us right away at info@hexastore.com or via WhatsApp at +923433252502. We’ll work with the carrier to sort out any issues.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once you place an order, we can’t make any changes or cancellations. Please make sure everything is correct before you complete your purchase.
