To return an item, it needs to meet the following conditions:

To start the return process, contact us at info@hexastore.com. We’ll give you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send items back without contacting us first—they won’t be accepted without a return request.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can fix the problem.

There are some items we can’t accept for returns:

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned either. If you’re unsure about your item, just contact us and we’ll help.

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you want.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return your order, for any reason. Just like the general return policy, the item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, we’ll automatically refund the money to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it might take some time for your bank or credit card to process the refund.
